SegreWipe | Segregate Your Zones!
✔INDUSTRY FIRST
Year 2020, in the depths of a pandemic, and with three decades of cleaning and hygiene technical experience behind us, this range was developed and has become an essential tool for segregation requirements . After years of experience working with Hygiene Managers in the food processing industry, the time came when Hygiene Managers never needed us more. Due to nationwide lockdown in 2020, we were unable to carry out our usual site visits so switched to Online Meetings (OLM) instead. This quick and effective communication method made it easy for leading Food Processing companies to connect with us and enabled their challenges to be discussed. Collating valuable feedback and following meetings with our Research and Development Team, SegreWipe by Vinco® was born…
SegreWipe by Vinco® | Colour Coded Bucket Wipes
As regulations continue to tighten throughout the UK we have designed and developed the SegreWipe by Vinco® for the food processing industry. This must have colour coded wipe range is essential in any food factory to ensure audit compliance.
Combining a robust coloured bucket, a large 25gsm blue cloth wipe and a specially designed chemical formulation this SegreWipe will deal with anything you throw at it.
Colour-coded segregation helps minimise the risk of product cross-contamination from microbes and food residues, including allergens, chemicals and foreign bodies. It works by assigning colour coded wipe buckets that are a specific colour for use in specific areas and/or for specific tasks.
SegreWipe® in Blue, Red, Yellow and Green is here to eliminate cross-contamination, help you with colour-coded segregation and ensure you ‘Wow’ the auditors! SegreWipe® is dispensed from a robust Blue, Red, Yellow or Green bucket and is made from a durable blue 25gsm fabric. SegreWipe® is impregnated with a 100% food contact safe solution to cut through grease and grime, leaving your surface clean and sanitised.
For example, a Red SegreWipe® can be used in high-risk areas, and a Yellow SegreWipe® in low-risk areas. Or a Blue SegreWipe® could be used to clean and disinfect surfaces that come in contact with food, whilst a Green SegreWipe® could be used in Gluten Free areas. This is a guide only as each factory has its own protocol but this makes it easy to identify whether your SegreWipe® is in the wrong area or being used for the wrong task.
Do you know a factory that would benefit from SegreWipes®?
